European countries with the highest COVID-19 cases

Italy remains on top of the European list of countries with the most number of cases with Spain and Germany after. The highest number of fatalities in Italy is at 8.3%, and 5.02% for Spain and 0.29% in Germany. The highest number of fatalities still in Italy at 4,032.
